Taiwan Madhatter Knits
Madhatter Knits Taiwan is a non-profit organization focused on donating hand-knitted beanies to hospitals within Taiwan for premature infants and full-term babies.
The materials we use to knit these beanies have been carefully selected and include 75% Dralon and 25% Super Poly, which are anti-pilling and anti-static for the child's comfort. We first sanitize the beanies based on each hospital's standards, then package them into self-sealing cellophane bags for delivery.
Our main goal is to maintain the body temperature and support the early development of these infants, ultimately aiding their growth in their respective hospitals.
So far we have

Our Goals
We have made donations towards a total of 14 hospitals around Taiwan. As a non-profit organization, Taiwan Madhatter Knits Organization hopes to donate to 15+ hospitals in Taiwan by the end of 2024.
Furthermore, we aim to raise $100,000 NTD in 2024 through online fundraisers. This fund will be entirely used towards purchasing materials needed to produce these beanies, which include looms, yarn, UV lamps for disinfection, cellophane bags, and cardboard boxes for packaging. Moreover, this fund will be able to cover shipping fees for both the delivery of beanies to hospitals and of materials when bought via online websites.
